Panelokan is one of tourist attractions in Bali visited by thousand of visitors. There are a lot of reasons why tourists love this place, first it has extremely beautiful panorama that can see from the top, the second one it has supported by transportation well, the third there a lot of accommodation that can taken by visitors who wanna spend their night although some of them obstruct the panorama, all of the potentials above can’t make the visitors feel comfort because of Vendors who are aggressive to offer their souvenirs or goods, where it make bad image to the visitors not by that object but it because of vendors or persons who aren’t responsible and get advantages badly.
Are they haven’t got legal rights to get a proper life ????
Vendors are informal sector on society economic, they get necessity by sale their goods, they’re so important in tourism industry because there are three important element who must hooked, like government who determines the policy, owner as contributor of capital and local society as activist of culture attraction, based on that phenomenon, local society has important function in tourism industry and they have authority to get their proper life and can participate in rotation of society economic .
So what is the problem and what should they do ????
Related with the character of vendors who’re aggressive above, it’s absolute obligation for all of tourist destinations who wanna get progress and improvement, difference necessity between vendors who wanna get advantages largely and pleasure of tourists will be on, so the government should rearrange the rule and the vendors should have responsibility to recover good image of Panelokan tourist attraction
